This oil pump assembly is the heart of the lubrication system. It is needed to push engine oil from the sump through oil galleries, feeding bearings, camshaft journals, timing components, and other moving parts. Without steady oil pressure, metal surfaces touch, heat rises fast, and wear accelerates.

How It Works ?

Driven by the engine, the pump draws oil through the pickup, pressurizes it, and sends it through the filter and into the engine’s lubrication passages. A built-in pressure control valve helps keep oil pressure stable across cold starts and high RPM driving, protecting seals and keeping flow consistent.

Why Replacement Matters ✅

A tired pump can lose efficiency due to internal scoring, worn gears, or a sticking relief valve. That means low oil pressure, delayed lubrication on startup, and poor protection under load—especially on heavy vehicles and hot conditions.
