Front Left Wheel Speed Sensor for ABS/Traction ?

Keep your van’s braking smart and stable. This front-left wheel speed pickup sends precise rotation data to the ABS/ESC module so the system can prevent lockup, keep traction, and maintain steering control in panic stops or slick conditions.

Why you need it ?️

Modern braking relies on live wheel data. With an accurate signal, the ECU balances brake pressure, shortens stopping distance, reduces tire flat-spotting, and keeps the vehicle straight under hard braking.

How it works ⚙️

A Hall-effect element reads a toothed tone ring on the hub. Each passing tooth generates a clean square-wave signal. The control unit compares all four wheels and modulates pressure via the ABS pump. The sensor’s sealed body and exact mounting boss maintain the air gap for reliable readings.

What happens if it fails ⚠️

ABS/traction lights on, longer stops on wet roads, easy wheel lock, speedometer dropouts, harsh shifts, possible 4WD/VDIM limits. Typical causes: damaged wiring, rust in the bore, metal debris on the tip, or hub play.

Install tips ?

Bolt-on, plug-and-play. Clean the bore, remove rust, route clips correctly, torque the retaining bolt, avoid prying on the tip, then clear DTCs and road-test.
