This premium clutch hydraulic hose keeps pedal pressure stable and transfers fluid from the master to the slave cylinder. It’s essential where the rigid pipe must allow engine and gearbox movement. How it works βš™οΈ

Press the pedal and the master cylinder builds pressure. The reinforced hose carries brake fluid to the slave, which moves the release fork to disengage the clutch. An EPDM liner resists DOT 3/4 fluid, while braided reinforcement stops expansion for crisp, repeatable engagement.

What happens if it fails ❗

Cracks, swelling, or leaks cause a spongy pedal, hard gear changes, delayed disengagement, or grinding. You may see fluid near the bellhousing, or dark overheated fluid. Driving like this can wear synchros, overheat the clutch disc, and eventually leave you stranded.

Build, install, and service ️

Direct-fit ends (banjo or flare as equipped) seal with fresh washers. Corrosion-resistant crimps and heat shielding handle off-road heat. Follow OE routing, torque fittings, then bleed the system to remove air for a firm, reliable pedal.
